OEM vs ODM vs Private-Label: which path fits your brand?

Floor-care buyers usually arrive with one of three goals, and we support all three from the same factory. Choosing the right model up front controls your tooling cost, MOQ and lead time.

• Private-label — Take an existing, proven base model and put your brand on it: custom logo, colour, manual and gift box. Lowest cost and fastest to market because the moulds already exist. MOQ from 100 units, 15–20 day lead time.
• OEM — You supply the brand identity, target specs and packaging design; we engineer the build on a base platform and adapt suction, battery, charger and accessories to match your market. MOQ typically 300–500 units depending on the changes.
